Section 10

Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions

🇪🇺 EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.

🇺🇸 California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal data is collected and to delete it. Our advertising SDKs may be considered "data sharing." You may opt out by resetting your Advertising ID.

Section 11

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Section 12

Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated data we hold. Because the App processes SMS data entirely on your device, most data removal happens locally — but you can also request deletion of any anonymous technical data collected by our analytics and advertising partners.

How to Delete Your Data

  1. Uninstall the App — Removing the App from your device permanently erases all locally stored data, including your passbook history and settings.
  2. Reset your Advertising ID — Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device and select "Reset Advertising ID" to disassociate future ad data from your device.
  3. Request deletion of analytics data — Contact us at the email below and we will submit a deletion request to our analytics providers (Firebase) on your behalf.
  4. Opt out of third-party ad networks — Visit the opt-out pages of Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and AppLovin using the links in Section 5 above.

Submitting a Formal Deletion Request

To request deletion of any personal or technical data associated with your device, email us with the subject line "Account & Data Deletion Request". Please include your device type and approximate region so we can process your request efficiently. We will respond within 30 days.

⚠️
Please note: Because we do not create user accounts or collect personally identifiable information, "account deletion" refers to the removal of any anonymous device-level data held by our third-party partners. Uninstalling the App is sufficient to remove all data stored locally on your device.
